Qualifications and Experience

I am a registered member of the UKCP and the BACP I regularly undertake additional learning and training and adhere to their code of ethics.

I gained my BSc (Hons) Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling, from Matrix College​ in 2024 and have been working therapeutically for a number of years

In 2006 I studied at The Berne Institute on their introductory programme gained a certificate in Transactional Analysisas and also gained my Hypnotherapy Diploma and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, working in my own private practice as a qualified hypnotherapist.

I have had experience of counselling different people in different settings including voluntary work as a counsellor in a primary school, working with the adult staff; and at St Barnabas Counselling Service in Norwich including supporting refugees and migrants, undertaking training to support my work with interpreters and multilingualism.

In 2024 I became a Mental Health First Aid instructor, through MHFA England.
