My Name is Pippa, I am a therapist working just outside of Norwich in Rackheath.  

I specialise in working with people who are experiencing any type of life change and those who have experienced complex childhood trauma.  

Life can throw us many curveballs such as death, illness and relationship breakdowns, along with navigating planned changes such as children leaving home, retirement and menopause and I support you to navigate your way through these, and come to terms with how these events shape and change you.

Complex trauma and childhood trauma can also impact our lives in different ways, from our relationships with partners, children, family , colleagues, friends and ourselves, to fear of abandonment, and pushing down our feelings so that we feel numb.  I support you in understanding how your past may be affecting your current life and support you to thrive.

Just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Norwich and close to Wroxham and The Broads my private room has access to free parking and easy access for those with mobility issues.  The number 5 and 5B bus from Norwich and Wroxham stops within a 3 minute walk from my practice room. I also offer online sessions, and short term work
